Billy Fire LLC provides EasyLanguage® programming services for the Tradestation® trading platform.

In order to work effectively in the Webinar format, the sessions need to be broken down in to one or two hour sessions. I really believe that people learn more by doing rather than just listening so in all of my sessions I include some practical examples. I also include time of the students to practice techniques and ask me questions.

Introductory EasyLanguage seminars

Introduction to EasyLanguage 1.0 (seminar reference: OLMS 1.0)

Seminar fee: US$ 195 per attendee

• Getting acquainted with the TradeStation EasyLanguage interface
• Basic principles of EasyLanguage
• Using variables and inputs
• Creating variables and testing conditions
• Overview of Indicators, Showme studies, PaintBar studies and strategies as applied to a chart
  
• Creating a simple ShowMe study
  
• Creating an Indicator
  
• The Plot statement and the NoPlot statement
  
• Saving the study and applying to a chart
• Using the print statement
  
• Using built in EasyLanguage functions
• Using For loops
• (Includes two hour Webinar instruction and 1/2 hour for student to try some of the techniques discussed and ask questions. Also includes access to the Webinar platform, audio over IP and course materials).
  Audio over IP means that you don't incur telephone charges.

Intermediate EasyLanguage 2.0 (seminar reference: OLMS 2.0)

Seminar fee: US$ 195 per attendee

• Creating PaintBar studies
• Introduction to strategy development
• Introduction to logical operators (AND, OR) If....then, and While control structures
• Creating a one dimensional array
• Creating a simple function
• Finding 'pivot' points on a chart using a program
• Adding and formatting text on a chart
• Outputting data from TradeStation into a file and importing into a spreadsheet programl
• (Includes 2 hour Webinar instruction and 1/2 hour for student to try some of the techniques discussed and ask questions. Also includes access to the Webinar platform, audio over IP and course materials)

Advanced EasyLanguage 3.0 (seminar reference: OLMS 3.0)

Seminar fee: US$ 195 per attendee

• Developing indicators for RadarScreen
• Programatically drawing lines on a chart
• Creating a complex function Using multi-dimensional array arrays
• Using the ADE DLL to transfer data between charts
• (Includes 1 hour Webinar instruction and one hour for student to try some of the techniques discussed and ask questions. Also includes access to the Webinar platform and audio over IP and course materials).
